Optional consent
Agreeing to receive text or email updates is optional and is not required simply to browse the website. You may choose your preferred contact method when beginning the Next Door intake process.
Types of messages
Messages may include intake reminders, requests to complete the secure client-portal process, appointment or follow-up information, missing-item reminders, filing-status updates, and other service-related communications.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your tax process and communication needs. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out
You may withdraw messaging consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in an applicable message or by contacting Next Door. Opting out of marketing or convenience messages does not prevent Next Door from communicating when reasonably necessary to provide requested services through another available channel.
Delivery
Mobile carriers, email providers, device settings, spam filters, outages, and other systems outside Next Door's control can affect delivery. Delivery of a particular message is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Information used for communications is handled according to the Next Door Privacy Notice.
